Centrally locating data outside your walls naturally gives rise to the question of security, which has been and remains our top developmental concern. PAI recognizes that customers must have full confidence that their data is secure and that their privacy is protected. Below is a list of the common security concerns of I/T managers and our response to each of these issues.

1. Data Loss Protection: PAI uses the best commercially available products to back up our databases and stores these backups both locally and offsite. We also perform a backup of the SQL data multiple times throughout the day to protect against data loss due to catastrophic system failure. Customers can also easily perform data dumps to their own location for local backup as often as they wish. Your data will be as secure on our system as it is on your own, with redundant backups!
   
   
2. Data Privacy / Use of Information: It is a prime responsibility of PAI and each of its employees to responsibly manage customer data. We currently work with banks, financial institutions, biotech / biomed organizations and municipal governments, all of whom regard their data as highly confidential. In addition to strict company policies regarding the protection of client data, PAI has extensive experience with non-disclosure and other partnering agreements that protect our customer organizations. 3. Data Privacy Protection: PAI has implemented commercially accepted and prudent network security measures that are designed to prevent unauthorized access to our systems. These security measures are a combination of the platforms, commercial applications and network operating systems in use, customized hardware in use, an intricate LAN/WAN configuration and our own system code. 4. System Uptime: PAI’s goal is 100% uptime, with the exception of scheduled maintenance. Toward this end, we have selected premium business partners and built redundancies into our network operations to address the most common causes for unscheduled downtime.
   
   
5. Data Sensitivity / Risk: What is the proprietary value of events and trouble tickets that you would store in our RHESolution system? All data is considered highly sensitive and valuable to PAI and will be protected accordingly.

• We do not share customer contact information or transaction detail with anyone except the customer. Period.
• We may at times provide aggregate statistical data across all customers to outside parties for industry and comparative analyses. Customer names or any proprietary information will never be disclosed.
